I'm trying to gather info on the Cinemart of Merchant's Square on Governer Printz Boulevard in Wilmington, Delaware.
For decades, this theater has been abandoned. It is totally gutted inside and would make an amazing venue for independent bands and movies.
People have talked about this for as long as I can remember.
My main job is a civil engineer, so I am knowledgeble in the both the legal and construction processes on getting this place revamped.
The place needs all new plumbing and electric, but seems stucturally sound for the most part.
The only obvious problem is money...
The owner is well-known Delaware millionare construction-guy Frank Acierno, who runs the rest of Merchant's Square.
Once this website gets developed we can begin looking for investors or state money.
